It started on the snow.

Viveli began with a gap no one had filled — software that understood a ski school's actual day. Managers who know the operation, an instructor who lives it on the mountain, and a new kind of coding tool built it together.

Built from the inside out.

It took shape in the places the work really lives — lift queues, back offices, the 11pm booking, the payroll spreadsheet hiding three errors until payday.

The tools schools reached for were built for generic booking, not the specific chaos of a ski season. So we built what was missing.

Every part of it earns its place the same way: it's there because someone lived the problem first — not because it looked good in a demo.

Where this goes.

Skiing is more connected than its software has ever been. Independents, schools, and resort groups share the same guests and the same mountains — but their tools keep them apart.

We're building the opposite: one place where a school stays whole — schedule, clients, instructors, and income, together — and where independents, schools, and groups can choose to work as one. Not to lock anyone in, but to help every school grow on its own terms, and lean on each other when the season demands it.
