A sick instructor. Lessons start in 45 minutes.
You start calling. The first instructor doesn't pick up. The second is sick too. The third can cover — but only by reshuffling two other lessons. You're still on the phone when the first client arrives.
In the time it takes to reply to the instructor, you open the app and have it handle the reassignment seamlessly, on your terms. The instructors are notified and confirmed, with time to spare. You breathe easy.
Returning clients walk in to book their instructor.
You smile and start digging through old bookings. The kid's allergy isn't flagged. You see their instructor is already booked. You're bouncing between pages, trying to reassign their lessons.
Your client database shows you what's needed. The skill-tag system handles the reassignment without friction. Their instructor is now free for the afternoon. All confirmed before they sit down.
New bookings come in. The priority order breaks.
A multi-day booking comes in. It goes to your next available instructor. Your senior instructor is already booked with a half-day lesson tomorrow. A new instructor ends up with 30 more hours.
